Terms of Service
1. About GoNect
GoNect connects people and hosts around shared activities nearby — such as coffee, a walk, sparring or dinner. GoNect provides the platform; activities are arranged and attended by users and hosts themselves. GoNect is operated by TOSTI HOLDING ApS (CVR 34739293).
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
3. Respectful behaviour
Treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, spam, commercial solicitation without consent, and illegal or unsafe behaviour are not allowed. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Activities and safety
You take part in activities at your own risk. Meet in public places, use your own judgement and let someone know where you are. GoNect does not screen users and is not responsible for what happens during an activity.
5. Hosts
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their place information and for activities they organise, including any applicable laws and permits.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you share (such as your photo and profile text) and give GoNect permission to display it to other signed-in users as part of the service.
7. Use of data to improve GoNect
We analyse usage patterns in aggregated and anonymised form to improve matching, suggestions and the overall flow, including with the help of AI tools. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Your profile and personal data are then removed permanently.
9. Liability
GoNect is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of users or hosts.
10. Changes and contact
